1. Land lease

2, Building Premiums

3. FWs Levy between $300 to $700 per mth per headcount

4. Locals CPF,  mostly Engineers which is $14,400 per annum per local

5. Quota on FWs but reserving these jobs when we don't want to be factory workers

The worst thing is Sg corporate tax is no longer attractive? Thinking

Just checked the map. It occupies a space bigger than Bedok Mall + Hawker Centre + the new HDB flats Bedok Beacon. If converted to residential should fetch a good price.

With this Panasonics case, does that Malaysian man who always brag that he is PSLE Genius understand the whole picture now??

Significant part of 17.2B could be spend on equipment and infrastructure.

He is not worried if sinkees are retrenched, BUT if ceca is retrenched, he not only gets worried, he panicked.

Must be Ghost Month.

After 12 years, PAP do not know what is Prevention is better than Cure? He needs an idiot like Jac Lau with Prim 1 IQ to tell them?

And their LJ inside their skull know what is job matching?

Or they think it is like parachute Army Generals using CCBAI without any right qualifications nor work experience and just mess up the Parliament into a Circus will do??

Did the lazy JoTeo and incumbent Tan SL, learn, improve and make changes to adapt?

I was reading articles and in Japan, they give ONE YEAR notice for retrenchment. Their Govt makes it the responsibility of the companies to send the affected workers for training ( in anything and any courses) , apply for welfare. . . .without sending a shock wave.

Cannot blame me for voting a taxi- driver.

One batch of the workers' will have their last day of work on Mar. 31, 2022, and the rest will have their last day on Sep. 30, 2022.
