Think the children will be pressured to be vaccinated. When they entered buildings, the security guards will need to check their ages. They can't join activities with those vaccinated in groups.

They come out with low dosage. The data monitoring board discovered that 2 doses are not effective.
US is changing the definition of fully vaccinated to 3 primary doses for mRNA vaccines. Their trials had changed recently for children to 3 doses.

Not effective as blood antibodies count.
but in the first place the Young and old are known to have lesser antibodies.
