As per Quran, followers of Allah’s prophets are Muslim.
If you had lived during Noah’s time and accepted him as your prophet , you were Muslim too.

Since the prophethood of Muhammad, we are living under his nation as a believer or non believer . We have to add him as our prophet,If you believe in Islam .

If you had accepted Jesus as a prophet before the prophet hood of Muhammad , you would have read something like this .

John 17:3 says, "This is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent". 

No,.Allah's message is very clear in the Quran....anyone who submits to God is a moslem...

Where in the quran does it says that to be a moslem one needs to acknowledge Muhammad...pls show me!
