Every single Muslim, anywhere in the world, practices the religion in the same manner. How we do the solah, for example, is the same everywhere, and that includes the number of solah in a day, the cycles (rakaah), what we recite in the solah, how we bow, how we prostrate, and how we sit. Look at the image below, even how the feet is positioned, are all identical.
