Scripture readings for Christmas

Do you know the twin shahadah Jesus wanted people to know?

It proclaims the Father as the only true God, and Jesus as the messenger God has sent. Almost the same as our twin shahadah.

John 17:3.

The proper sequence is to begin with the first part of the Shahada as a priority....acknowledging your faith in God... once you have completed your prayers to Him. Afterward, you may proceed to recite the second part of the Shahada, asking for blessings upon the Prophet, before concluding with "Ameen."

This way I have no problem.

Your problem is not my concern.

Do you know that the Shahadah is not a prayer?

It is a proclamation.

Jesus is a corruption of his real name.

So Isa is not a corruption of his real name?

My point is it does not matter what name we call Him. He knows that we acknowledge Him who is in heaven seated next to His Father...

My passport has many names and they all belong to me Big Grin

It is part of a prayer ritual..I'm saying the shahada can be recited differently...the first part to Allah in your prayers ...with the second part recited at the tail end ..

I don't know "Isa" is his real name or an Arabized version of pronouncing his name.

The fact is: we don't know how to say his name in Jesus's original language, what his mother called him by.

Do you know that our 5 times a day rituals are not called "prayer" in our paradigm?

Prayer is called "doa".

That prayer we do 5 times a day, it is called "solah".

So no, saying the shahadah in our solah is not part of a prayer ritual.

In our solah, we do make "doa" for ourselves, our prophet, or our parents, or friends.

If you say you don know if Isa is his real name...then you are doubting Allah...

This is confusing

AI.

Yes, the Shahada, the Islamic declaration of faith, is recited as part of the five daily prayers (Salah). It's a core element of Islamic practice and a foundational pillar of the faith.

That is wrong thinking.

The Quran is in Arabic and in Arabic, some consonants are different in another language. If your name is mentioned in the Quran, it would be "Fink" not "Pink" because there is no P-sounding consonant in the Arabic language.

Such a simple statement and you find it confusing?

Even AI made it clear for you. It is Solah, loosely termed prayer in the Western world because there is no word to perfectly describe Solah that we do.

Anyhow, the Shahadah is not a prayer.

So, we don't pray to or worship a man. You can make your own rule and we can dismiss it as your own whim. The truth to us is clear, we don't worship a man.

If we worship a man, hell would be our abode.

You cannot suka suka change people's name. If an Englishman is named "Mr. Black", when we write his name in Malay, we cannot change it to "Encik Hitam".

How come your Koran named Jesus as ISA?
How come suka suka ?

Is that what his mother called him by? Or his companions?

See? You don't know that simple thing, his real name. You don't know what is the Father's name. You also don't know what is the Holy Spirit's name. Yet, they are all Gods to you.
