God's Word reveals to us that whenever David was in trouble, he worshiped the Lord with beautiful psalms, hymns, and praises. Instead of wallowing in his own defeat and groping in darkness, David would turn his eyes to the heavens and lift up his voice to the King of kings

Would Allah ask Muhammad to check with corrupted scriptures?
That is a wrong understanding of the Quran.
I've explained to you already. This is regarding revelations, not the content of the revelation. The pagan Arabs of Makkah were skeptical that Allah would communicate to mankind via revelations, which we know as scriptures. So Allah asks them to check with the children of Israel, who have been receiving revelations from Allah for more than a thousand years already.

You are a disbeliever of your Quran..
How can the Quran verify previous scriptures and yet chose to disbelieve them ...you lot are confused

Confirmation of Original Texts:
The Quran also states that it verifies the Taurat (Torah) and Injil (Gospel) that the Jews and Christians possess. This implies that the scriptures, in their original form, were still valid and authentic during the time of Muhammad.

The Quran says the Israelites have changed the revelations from God.
Woe to them who write verses with their own hands and then claim it is from God, and make people like Pink go astray.

The Quran states, in 2:79, that the Israelites have corrupted the revelations from God, by putting their own words and make it look like it is from God. And if we go to 4 verses before that, in 2:75, we also get confirmation from Allah that the Israelites have altered the text of the revelation.

Zulfiqar is one of the most famous swords in Islamic history and is attributed to Ali ibn Abi Talib. The Sword of Zulfiqar is known as the sword given by the Islamic prophet Muhammad to his cousin and son-in-law, Ali

The dhu l-fakar was the most important of Islamic swords, but others also held a special significance for Muslims. Some of these are discussed, as is the role of the sword in Islamic ceremonial, especially the use of swords as symbols of rank, in inaugurations and investitures and as trophies.

All the warriors among the early Muslims, they all had swords.

He (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had nine swords: Ma’thoor, which was the first sword he owned and which he inherited from his father; al-‘Adb (cutting or sharp); Dhu’l-Fiqaar, which almost never left his side, its handle, its pommel, its ring, its decorations and the end of its scabbard were made of silver; al-Qal’i; al-Battaar; al-Hatif; al-Rasoob; al-Mikhdham; and al-Qadeeb. The end of the scabbard was of silver.

I'm sorry but your prophet does not agree with what you say
Narrated Abdullah Ibn Umar:
A group of Jews came and invited the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) to Quff. So he visited them in their school.
They said: AbulQasim, one of our men has committed fornication with a woman; so pronounce judgment upon them. They placed a cushion for the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) who sat on it and said: Bring the Torah. It was then brought. He then withdrew the cushion from beneath him and placed the Torah on it saying: I believed in thee and in Him Who revealed thee.
He then said: Bring me one who is learned among you. Then a young man was brought. The transmitter then mentioned the rest of the tradition of stoning similar to the one transmitted by Malik from Nafi' (No. 4431).

It is a claim that some Jews, maybe even many Jews, misinterpreted the text of Torah and ignored parts of Torah. It is not a claim that the text of Torah was itself corrupted. And the Quran can't make that claim, because it also claims to confirm the Torah repeatedly
But I don't think you want to claim that the text of the Torah is corrupted, because that would invalidate your own religion by both the text of the Quran and authentic Hadith.
