Some time back, I was taken aback when a Christian pastor said in a published interview that he told his congregation "we should embrace our Muslim brothers and sisters. We ought to pray for them and do everything we can to introduce them to faith in Jesus Christ."
"Are you saying we should proselytize them?" the interviewer asked. "Absolutely! You have to tell the truth. And the truth is that Islam is a false religion, built on a false book, written by a false prophet," the pastor replied bluntly. I then came to the realization that the most loving thing we can do for our unbelieving forum denizens - for anyone - is to clearly communicate the reality of salvation through Christ.
Pinkpanther, as you can see, is always ready to articulate and defend the foundational truth of the Christian faith. Being conversant with the doctrinal differences between both faiths has stood him in good stead when trying to prove the falsities of the Islamic creeds. As Bible-believing Christians, we must be prepared and willing to share the exclusive gospel to a lost world.

You may feel like a million bucks after getting your BTO flat, but never in a million years did I think that all the money, comforts, and pleasures in the world - our efforts to re-create a paradise for ourselves - are able to fulfill us like love can. This is a confirmation of my intuition that family and relationships are a greater blessing and provide greater satisfaction than anything money can buy. Good health is also more fundamental to happiness than wealth, as most rich people will tell you when their health has broken down.

At the time of Jesus, peace be upon him, his followers were not known as Christians. There are no records of Jesus ever mentioning the word "Christians".
So you're wrong to say that. But yes, the early followers of the son of Mary were indeed hated and persecuted. They were thrown into pits of fire and eaten by lions.

Acts 26:28
28 Then Agrippa said to Paul, “Do you think that in such a short time you can persuade me to be a Christian?” 29 Paul replied, “Short time or long—I pray to God that not only you but all who are listening to me today may become what I am, except for these chains.
1 Peter 4:16
Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. 16 Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in that name
1 Peter 2:21
21For to this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example that you should follow in his footsteps. 22“He committed no sin, and no deceit was found in his mouth.”

Firstly, we've plenty of manuscript evidence, both partial or complete handwritten manuscript copies of the Bible, some dating as back as the 3rd century BC. These manuscripts have allowed textual critics and scholars to verify the fact that the Bible we have today is the same Bible the early church had.
Second, we also have the writings of the church fathers, or leaders in the early church. In their commentaries on the Bible as well as in their letters to other churches, these men quoted the NT Scriptures alone countless times. Their quotations have allowed scholars to reconstruct 99.86% of the NT. There are only 11 verses in the NT which the church fathers obviously never cited.
These two evidences - the manuscript evidence and the writings of the church fathers - verify conclusively that the original text of the Bible has been accurately preserved. You can be absolutely confident that God, who inspired the men to pen the words of the Bible, saw to it that none of the inspired writings were lost. All of the NT is equally inspired (a word meaning "God breathed") and is just as authoritative as the OT Scriptures. (a word meaning "writings) We'd be foolish to think that an all-knowing, all-powerful God could lose track of books He intended to put in the Bible.
Are you interested in the scholarships on the corruption in the New Testament? Or do you reject the notion of corruption altogether?

The discussion will be engaging and interesting for both sides if both parties cross examine each other's scriptures rather than one side simply attacking the other...It’s not always enjoyable to be the one responsible for providing most of the explanations
this thread will hopefully provide a meaningful resource for current and future readers, offering insights that can stimulate thought and perhaps draw them closer to the truth.

Cheekopekman's faith in Christ is unwavering and direct, much like brothers SimTan and Lksm who will ardently defend the Christian faith without engaging in Islamic matters..... As the saying goes, the best offense is a good defense.

If you show me one, just one, false Islamic creed, I will stop being a Muslim immediately.
The Islamic creed for faith are:
1. One God
2. Judgement day
3. Revelations (scriptures like Torah, Injeel, Quran)
4. Angels
5. Prophets
We believe in those. Tell me which one is false.

Yes, I can believe Jesus said that and history has shown us that. The early followers of Jesus were indeed persecuted and hated.
Now, who were they, and who were the people who persecuted and hated them?

Jesus tells of a farmer who sows seed indiscriminately. Some seed falls on the path (wayside) with no soil, some on rocky ground with little soil, some on soil which contains thorns, and some on good soil.
Ask a silly question will get a silly answer.

Qadar (Divine Decree): Belief in the divine decree of Allah, that everything is predetermined by Allah and that humans have free will to make choices.
The 6th article of faith is the most controversial....how can you have free will if Allah already predestined your fate?

The Hadith suggests that Allah determines whether a person will go to heaven or hell even before they are born, while they are still in their mother's womb. How does this align with the concept of free will?
Additionally, another Hadith states that there was a man who led a life of good deeds and was on the brink of paradise, but then Allah willed him to commit wrongful acts, ultimately sending him to hell....

You said "Jesus said that the world hates Christians". I was correcting you on that small factual error. Jesus never said Christians. Jesus didn't invent Christianity.
Your religion, Christianity, the doctrines and tenets like the Trinity or the atonement, didn't come from Jesus. So you cannot call yourself the followers of Christ.
