Ibn kathir referred Paul as Bulus...The disciples are not mentioned by name in your quran...but you can find them in your Tafsir

All the prophets in the Quran came with the same message of worship only Allah.

 Paul taught people to worship a creation of Allah and also changed the laws of Moses and Jesus.

As per Islamic narrations,there were no  prophet between Jesus and Prophet Muhammad.

Jesus said you must be obedient to the Law. James also said the same. Jesus also warned his followers that there will be one who will teach people to discard the law. James was a follower of Jesus.

So, after Jesus left, Paul came along and teach people that they no longer need to be obedient to the law. James, who must have remembered the warning given by Jesus, opposed that idea from Paul.
