There is no such instruction.
Let us go to another translation by yusuf Ali..so this time who instructed Muhammad?

Specifically, Surah Yunus (10:94) states: "So if you are in doubt concerning that which We have revealed unto you, then ask those who are reading the Book [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] before you. Verily, the truth has come to you from your Lord. So be not of those who doubt (it)."

The instructions are found in the Quran. The Quran is from Allah. It follows that the instructions are from Allah. That is already a given. Why do you need to ask for confirmation?
Have you realized that you told a lie?

If the instructions are from Allah then it is Allah...the Quran is a speech from Allah! Who is giving the speech? Allah! Can the Quran over ride Allah's words? No! So you are a kufir..you don even know Islam

I'm not sure what you're saying. I've already given you the confirmation that the Quran is from Allah, ergo any instructions in the Quran is from Allah.
But you lied about the instruction of verse 10:94.

The Quran (10:94) instructs Muhammad to ask those who read the scriptures before him (Jews and Christians) if he has any doubts about what was revealed to him.

Question about Muhammad's first revelation and Galatians 1:8
Question / Help
Galatians 1:8 says ''But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed.''
Considering Muhammad's first revelation came from the angel Gabriel, wouldn't this be going against Galatians 1:8?

Arguments that prophecies of Muhammad exist in the Biblehave formed part of Islamic tradition since at least the mid-8th century, when the first extant arguments for the presence of predictions of Muhammad in the Bible were made by Ibn Ishaq in his Book of Military Expeditions (Kitāb al-maghāzī).[1] A number of Christians throughout history, such as John of Damascus (8th century) and John Calvin (16th century), have interpreted Muhammad as being the Antichrist of the New Testament.
Muslim theologians have argued that a number of specific passages within the biblical text can be specifically identified as references to Muhammad, both in the Hebrew Bible/Old Testamentand in the Christian New Testament. Several verses in the Quran, as well as several Hadiths, state that Muhammad is described in the Bible.
On the other hand, scholars have generally interpreted these verses as referring to the community of Israel or Yahweh's personal soteriological actions regarding the Israelites or members of the faithful community, such as in the cases of Isaiah 42. The apocryphal Gospel of Barnabas, which explicitly mentions Muhammad, is widely recognized by scholars as a fabrication from the Early Modern Age. Some Muslim theologians also claimed the Paraclete (Greek New Testament) as Muhammad, although scholars identify it with the Holy Spirit.

Where in the Quran did Allah ask Muhammad to check with Salaam?
It's not false for Muhammad to consult previous scriptures. Since he was illiterate, he would need to rely on others who could read the texts to verify them....that's simply common sense, isn't it?

So you cannot say it is a lie...you can simply say that the message is not clear

In Islamic belief, while Muhammad received the Quran through the angel Gabriel, the Injil (Gospel) is also considered a holy book revealed by God, but to Jesus (Isa). The Quran, which Muslims believe to be the literal word of God, acknowledges and references the Injil, but also indicates that it may have been altered or distorted over time.

Many times I've repeated this.
We are to believe Allah sends revelations to previous messengers, like Moses and Jesus, peace be upon them.
Allah tells us that people of the book have tampered with the scriptures, as in verse 2:79.
Our prophet صلي الله عليه وسلم instructs us to neither believe nor disbelieve the previous scriptures.

Hello...I have heard about this new interpretation of yours before about consulting Salam and the prophecy of Muhammad's prophethood...
The problem is you never use this argument against me before..I believe you only knew it lately...
Now show me from your Quran that Allah ask Muhammad to check with Salaam or those people of the books who believe in his prophethood..

Yes, the words of Jesus, a revelation from Allah, was never recorded.
What we have are records of oral tradition, found in the books you call the Gospels.

It is not a new interpretation. I've said it before albeit I never gave you an example. The verse 10:94 clearly says it, to ask the people of the book who were with the prophet صلي الله عليه وسلم.

Quran 2:79
So woe1 to those who distort the Scripture with their own hands then say, “This is from Allah”—seeking a fleeting gain! So woe to them for what their hands have written, and woe to them for what they have earned.
Tafsir of Quran 2:79 discusses the severe condemnation of those who alter the scriptures and attribute their own fabrications to God for worldly gain. It highlights the hypocrisy of people who write falsehoods with their own hands and then claim it is from God to gain a small price. This act is considered a great sin, deserving of woe and condemnation.

You are lying if you yourself cannot find ..the Quran is clear and fully detailed isnt it
