Yes

Isaac was born before Jacob and surely hệ has faith and obedience to be considered as an israelite  and he is the forefather of israelites

I'm sure you consider yourself God's people. Are you an Israelite too?

I'm under Jesus's New convenant. We believe we are part of God's covenant with Abraham, not through physical descent, but through faith in Jesus Christ.

No, of course not.

As the name already makes it clear, the children of Israel are descendants of Prophet Jacob, pbuh.

So, the enemies of Jesus, the Pharisees, were also Israelites.

That means being an Israelite doesn't automatically make one blessed.

Isaac is the chosen heir of God's covenant with Abraham, while Ishmael, while also blessed, is not given the same covenantal status

As we can already see, being an Israelite doesn't mean much. It doesn't mean one will automatically be a God-fearing person. The proof can be seen by reading the Gospels, what Jesus pbuh said about the Pharisees, who were Israelites.

Being an israelite means that you are blessed by God in many ways...but it doesnt mean you can get away with disobedience...
