it is considered a sin, not a criminal offense. Jesus died for our sins, and all we need to do is seek repentance...we are under the new convenant..no longer under mosaic law
What God says cannot, but the state says can, you will go with the state.
Is that correct?

How come the book of Luke says the parents of John the Baptist were righteous people?
And that's just one example. Many more people are called righteous in the Bible. Why do you contradict the words of your God, which you have many times said is the word of God?

it is a sin not a crime...as long as you seek forgiveness and repent, it is not punishable.
The secular law punish your crime not your sins..
If you look at a lady with dirty thoughts...will you run towards sharia and ask them to deal with your sins?
If sharia punish the gays, then it is because they have sin and not because it is a crime

Okay. Adultery, pre-marital sex, or gay sex, is sinful but not punishable. Jesus already paid for the sins so it's gonna okay.
Ok noted. I have nothing more to say.

If you sin without repenting, God will punish you. Since I sin daily, should I constantly seek my pastor and ask God for the best punishment.....you see I want to righteous

Many moslems also have pre marital sex...do you see them queuing up at shariah and turn themselves in?

We're talking about the religion. For Christianity, according to you, it's okay to commit gay sex or adultery because it is JUST a sin, not a crime. Just repent and all is okay, according to you.

Of cos..that is why we constantly ask for forgiveness..for another chance to repent! What do you want God to do? Send you the the gallows ?
What did Allah says? If you do not sin and seek forgiveness, I will surely wipe you out of existence...are you not following that!

If both parties are being framed by friends due to drugs or because it's their first time involved, should you give them a chance to repent? After all, even prison offers a second opportunity to lead a straight life.
Is Allah capable of giving a second chance? Is He merciful?

You didn't answer the question. I'll repeat.
If God says gay sex is punishable by death, and a judge passes the sentence in obedience to God's law, how is that playing God?

When you downplay the sin, you will also downplay the repentance.
And you do downplay the sin.

God is all-knowing. The judge issues the verdict based on their actions. However, the judge does not understand the reasons behind their becoming gay or the experiences they've endured in life.

So the law and the punishment given are just for filling up the pages in the Bible, not to be taken seriously?

You must know to differentiate a sin from a crime!
No one should be punish for their sins because we are imperfect...only God can punish us for an unrepentant heart!

Gay sex is a crime, according to the Bible, just like theft. Should the legal system judge such offenders?

Yes and Jesus had paid with His life..
Jesus said, "Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her
Jesus did not persecute the adulterer so is Jesus not following God's law?
Is the judge without sin?

Yes, that's what you believe, that Jesus paid for your sins with his blood.
So your sins must be paid for with blood. There is no forgiveness.

It is a sin..even Singapore law acknowledges that it is not a crime..
A crime is an action that constitutes an offense. Gay sex is an offense, according to the Bible; ergo, gay sex is a crime.
So why do you advocate for persecuting theft but not gay sex, which is a greater offense in the sight of God?
