yes it was raining, but before that it was thundering. then drizzle. plenty of time to clean up before running away

in the past, there were many public dustbins around but we still saw some littering problems.
sometimes i would pick up big litter and threw them into nearby dustbin.
nowasday, the nearest dustbin can be 400 to 500 m away.
i will ignore big litter if i need to walk 500m to find a public dustbin.
something is wrong with this govt.
with more public dustbins, there are some litters.
with no dustbin, the govt expect to see no public litters ?
i expect to see more litters if there is no dustbin.

If you look around, you'll notice there's shortage of litter bins everywhere recently. So don't blame these litterbugs.

Littering is a form of expression....like a thrilling gamble where the rush of adrenaline comes from trying not to get caught.

it is easier to solve the problem by placing the bin 100m away from them.
it is very difficult to change their mindset to walk 1000m to the litter bin.

so whereever any litterbug is there mst be a bin within 100m
think about what you are saying
thats why if poosible, fine them so they know the law (if they dont already, but just think they wont get caught)
if people shit anywhere coz no toilet within 100/ 200 m?

It is good to train us to dispose rubbish when we see a bin. However, the Govt has not been making the right attempts to inculcate this behaviour in the last several years. They are just too incapable in enforcing when this population is made up of many foreigners or parents are foreigners.

If the same problems keep recurring, they aren’t easy to solve. Maybe moving away is the best option and leave the problems for others to solve
