I feel is just those normal reading glass , sell in shops, even market I doubt

A pair of (thicker) lens with degrees is quite cheap actually.
US$6 on AliExpress. Spectacle frames are also cheap when mass produced.

So promo will be good for those with lower degrees as paying for the much more expensive high index lens is an overkill.
