Kid out of anger threw tray at people.

1 make police report..assault and bully
2 claim injury and need 2 week mc to recover

That's where our education system failed. Never focus on EQ, only on IQ and knowledge.
In the real world, EQ can be equally, if not more, important then IQ and knowledge.

like i said, this is just a kid. The more serious punishment will b on the uncle la unless the parents retracted the complaint.
many do not understand, here in SG...THERE IS NO SUCH THING as SELF DEFENCE EXCUSE or Who started the fight first. The issue here is who used a more harmful weapon...or who gets involved in the fight.
The kid most likely will be reprimanded at the Youth Court.

No such thing as u retaliate in SELF DEFENCE with a weapon..UNLESS your life is in grave danger with no way out like in a trapped place with nobody except the aggressor.
