Aiya the answer is obvious. 
1 Hdb flat fully paid
2 CPF RA $405000 at age 65. Monthly payout will be $2150
3 Cash saving $500000
Easy-peasy la...🤣

Aiyah, it depends on how long you going to live. If one dies young, not need much, maybe $50K if die in 2 years after retirement. If die in 20 years after retirement, then need $1.5M
