According to the discharge criteria (if still applicable), even those without covid symptoms will be hospitalised.
So naturally the hospitalisation rate will be much higher than Spore where the majority are told to stay home.

Why would they wanna hospitalise those who are infected but no illness and symptoms?
Aren't that wasting medical resources?
