Then send us to the dumb Career Coaches. The career coach tell you to amend the resume 3 times. 

After that, tell us to apply for more and more job ads. But Careers Future is meant for FTs to apply to get Employment Pass.

So far, I do not see the ministers or the MPs having such excellent capabilities that they deserve the salaries they're getting.
