can anyone explain n help on my sleep problems

always wake up after ard EVERY 2 HRS 
never hv a gd sleep for past 2 yrs every night al least 4 dreams
so much so when wake up at 6am feel sleepy n yawn alot.
also dont understand when look at the mirror my hair all stands up.

could it  also be fengshui ?

sometimes pee but the patern is auto wake up ard 2 hrs later,pee then go back to bed cant sleep soundly (half wake up) n then dream

You could be suffering from Sleep Apnea.
Sleep Apneas shortens your life and lead to dementia.

Very simple, my solution for you. You need to exercise daily. And do not nap in the day.

GO to gymn everdy 7 dys for 1hr each time,sometimes afternoon nap ard 0.5 hr .
do not feel sleepy even at 11pm force to sleep ,dream the  wakes up auto evey 2 hrs.

I think it is still alright to nap.  But, not too long, like half hour to 45 mins shd be good enough.

sleeping disorder is relatively easy to cure compared to many other serious illnesses, and there are many ways to overcome it.

besides rice/fruit vinegar, another very effective way is hot ginger/epsom salt foot bath

This happened to me last 2 weeks at NUH cos every few hrs got blood tests etc. Then Doc gave anti depression pill can sleep better lor. Just took a few nights ok liao.

I ve same problem. 
Tried many ways and medication. 
Sometimes sleeping aids make me more drowsy and tired. 
Drink a small amount of wine may help.
