Both parents are working in JP Morgan can easily pay off the hospital bills via Installment Plans  in maybe 18 mths.  This is not a huge amount for them. I suppose they are trying to exploit the system in Singapore which is weak or more accurately, this system serves the Foreigners well.

They likely did not raise this matter up to her HR. Without formal written request nor official documents/ tax invoices, Finance will not be able to process this amount, it is not a big amount for them.

I doubt medical cost is so high as it is at govt hospital.

She is a permanent resident here while Mr Semodio is on an employment pass. Both are from the Philippines and work at the same IT company.

The cost should be a few thousand under mediahield .PR and children are covered under mediahield life.
