Ukraine was a sovereign state when Russia invaded it.

If Russia has strong claims on Ukraine why didn't it say so when Ukraien was formed. Putin was perfectly fine with Ukraine being an independent country when pro Russian president was elected in Ukraine. Now Ukraine leans towards the West suddenly Russia make s territorial claims.

The war in Ukraine is caused by Putin's ambition to expand Russian territory.

The main reason for attacking Ukraine is Russia got away with invasion of Crimea..putin thought he can go into Ukraine to take territory easily and install a puppet govt.

By Putin's logic, North America and Canada should be returned to the Red Indians and Eskimos.

All wrong la

Main reasons to attack Ukraine is because of the new gas fields found in Ukraine. Ukraine will cut off Russia gas to Europe when they fully developed their new gas fields.

Russia quote nato as an excuse to invade, us also quote nato as an excuse to get involved. Both us, Europe and Russia knows it's all about new gas fields

Prehistoric Kingdom belongs to Dinosaurs.

Dinosaurs are a group of reptiles that dominated the land for over 140 million years

Never really understood why people will spend time to actually dig out history to "rebut" such claims and quite often these people do it with smugness thinking they are being very smart with their wisecracks.

The only thing that counts in territorial disputes is geopolitical strength, historical claim is just a common tagline for various countries to justify to others and their own citizens why they want to do a certain thing. It's a game that everyone knows.

This is about as silly as trying to prove to everyone that fat slimming adverts are BS by pointing out the logical fallacies of beauty advertisers.

Land belongs to people who live on it an developed it the most recent 100-200yrs.

Most Singaporeans ancestors are not native to Singapore yet we claim Singapore to be our homeland

The correct people to ask if they want to be part of Russia are the Ukrainians.

Maybe there are some Eastern Russian speaking parts in Ukraine that prefer to be part of Russia...if 75% or more, they should themselves fight for this..no need for Russian invasion.

All are nonsense la.

Base on United Nations Member States
There are currently 193 Member States in the United Nations. Each member state is a member of the United Nations General Assembly.

Any citizen living in the Sovereign country can migrate if they are not happy..😁
