我发现马来西亚的马来族接纳中国人的成度好过很多新加坡华人 。我经常在新加坡的online forums 看到很多新加坡的华人写很多很严重族群岐视中国人的言论，比如每当中国发生地震时，一定会有很多新加坡的华人在online postings里写他们很高兴有很多中国人死在地震，很多新加坡华人经常在online postings写必须要消灭中国人，或者写希望美国快点用核武器消灭/杀死全部的中国人。当然也有可能写这些惡毒仇视中国人的言论的人不单单只是新加坡人写而已，也有可能有一小部份是台湾人和台独网軍写的。现在有大约八万个台湾人居住在新加坡。

On September 24, 2019 Singapore and the United States signed the Protocol amending the 1990 Memorandum of Understanding on the U.S. use of facilities in Singapore.

Singapore had proposed to use U.S. warships, thus becoming the largest U.S. military base in Asia. The U.S. 7th Fleet and its ships, including aircraft carriers and other large vessels, provide logistics and maintenance services and greatly expand military control.

The 7th Fleet can cross the Strait of Malacca, enter the Indian Ocean and the Arabian Sea and reach the Gulf region within 24 hours. The U.S. military vessels in all the ports of the Strait can be used without prior notice.
