From July 1, employers of maids and migrant workers must provide medical insurance coverage with an annual claim limit of at least $60,000, up from the current $15,000. https://str.sg/iZHy

$60K coverage can only cover 10 days of hospitalisation bill for serious injury or illnesses.
Even for this $60K, employer still has to co-pay 25% of the $45K or $11.25K.
Worse for the employer will be a car accident where the driver isn't covered by insurance (eg drink driving or driving without license).
