As time went on there was a major civil war between the tribes of the area to gain control over Makkah. The people of one tribe, who were in control of Zamzam, buried their weapons (made of gold and silver) and valuables in the Well of Zamzam. They then covered it and buried the well so that it was not discoverable.
T well no more?

The well is beside the Kaaba. The Kaaba has been around even before the time of Prophet Muhammad صلي الله عليه وسلم.

The original well was in the desert where Hagar n Ishmael almost died of thirst.
This well is in Mecca diffferent well made by man

Genesis 21:19, God miraculously provides a well of water for Hagar and Ishmael in the desert after they have been sent away by Abraham. Hagar, in her desperate state, had been left to wander with Ishmael in the wilderness when God intervened. He opened her eyes, revealing a well of water, and she was able to quench Ishmael's thirst.

Yes, the well was given to Hagar and her son.

And no, you cannot say it is a different well because you do not know where that well is in the first place.

Desert of Arabia, of course.

The prophet city, known today as Madinah, is also in the desert. It was an oasis that eventually became a town.

“So Abraham rose early in the morning, and took bread and a skin of water; and putting it on her shoulder, he gave it and the boy to Hagar, and sent her away. Then she departed and wandered in the Wilderness of Beersheba. And the water in the skin was used up, and she placed the boy under one of the shrubs. Then she went and sat down across from him at a distance of about a bowshot; for she said to herself, “Let me not see the death of the boy.” So she sat opposite him, and lifted her voice and wept. And God heard the voice of the lad. Then the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said to her, “What ails you, Hagar? Fear not, for God has heard the voice of the lad where he is. Arise, lift up the lad and hold him with your hand, for I will make him a great nation.” Then God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water. And she went and filled the skin with water, and gave the lad a drink.”
