How do we know? Because, in the Quran, Allah tells us a few things which Jesus said, ie. the Injeel.

what Jesus said and the biography of Jesus is clearly stated in the NT...that is why you know what language he speaks, the names of his disciples...it is all revealed...you simply cannot pick and choose

Therefore, the 4 Gospels are not the Injeel. There were not yet written at the time of Jesus pbuh, or even after Jesus pbuh left.

All the Gospels were written in Koine Greek. Did Jesus deliver the Injeel in Koine Greek?

Yes, it is a common understanding among Muslims that Muhammad believed the Gospel (Injil) was true and that Christians were reading it. The Qur'an refers to the Gospel as a true scripture revealed to Jesus, and it often refers to Christians as people of the book, indicating their previous belief in the Injil.

Don't know how many times I must tell you. The Quran confirms that the Injeel given to Prophet Jesus pbuh is from God. We all believe that.

Now, in the book of Mark for example, we find things written by the author of Mark. Are those words that were written by the author of Mark spoken by Jesus? No, it is not.

Despite your ill-mannered ways, I will still reply to you.

Who told you I cried for my prophet? Did I ever say that?

Yes, Jesus didn't speak Arabic. Allah tells us what Jesus said in his language during his ministry in Arabic.

The Quran, which is in Arabic, is not the Injeel.

Similarly, the Gospels in the NT, which are in Koine Greek, are not the Injeel.

My wife prepared my lunch just now. So I must stop to eat.

You think I'm afraid of your questions? I find your questions silly. But nonetheless, I still have the patience to reply to you nicely.

The Quran not only affirms the Injil revealed to Jesus, but Muhammad also confirms the truth of the Gospel, and Allah has acknowledged that the Injil remains with the Christians.

The Quran is a clear and comprehensive book, requiring no external explanations from you as such interpretations are not found within the Quran....
