Who controls the sun, moon, rain, wind,life, death,Judgement,reproduction of human,plant and other creatures?

Who created us to sleep in the night?

God in God's entirety has always existed.
When Jesus is as one with God through the Holy Spirit,, Jesus is a complete part of God

Jesus is a complete part of God when the Holy Spirit is overflowing the vessel that Jesus is.

Therefore, when Jesus is in that state (complete part of GOD), he has always existed (I AM).
