The Bible says in many ways, and many times, that Jesus is the final prophet, and there would be no prophets after Him....


The prophesy ended with Christ.

Jesus came directly from God and told us what God wanted us to know. We must now either accept or reject God's message. No one else can have a message Jesus didn't know, or have a message superior to Jesus' message.

By ending the gift of prophesy, God invalidated every wolf in sheep's clothing who would fool His flock.

Jesus is all the prophet anyone needs. Jesus said, “You are complete in Me"

Right..why need another prophet to finish His mission on earth it’s already done.
Jesus said many false prophets will rise,whoever endures to the end will be saved.
