Same lah..Tawhid was never mentioned and taught by Muhammad. It was never in the Quran...it was after Muhammad's death that they came up with the word Tawhid..

Why compare Trinity with tawhid

Thus, while the concept in its essential form was established with the advent of Islam in the 7th century CE, its interpretation and understanding have continued to evolve throughout Islamic history
