You tell this to your wife, daughter and every female in your family and see their response.They will praise the Prophet for  massaging lower abdomen of his wives during their menstrual pain.

The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised women to tie their waist wrap tightly during menstruation and allowed them to be fondled. It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would tell one of us, if she was menstruating, to tie her Izar (waist wrap) tightly then he would fondle her"
