Are you sure there are no internal inconsistencies in the Quran? How would you explain these texts in blue that contradict each other?

The Quran didn't say the sun sets on a muddy spring. The verse says a man perceived it that way. Please read it again. And then you quoted Psalm 19:6. Does the sun rise as the verse says? Of course not. But we perceive it that way.
