That just goes to show that Jesus's proclamation of His deity was not in doubt, coupled with the fact that He was charged with blasphemy.
You are again ignoring the part where Jesus argued against their accusation that he claimed to be God. He denied that he was claiming to be God. That part is apparent in the text. Don't miss it.

But we remove ambiguities by adding more details in, for example, the disciples are "in" God and "in" them along with "Ye are gods." These are meant in a derivative sense, not in an absolute sense.
I believe in God. I believe God is infinite. I know a man is finite. What is infinite cannot be finite at the same time. Believing that would be like believing there is such a thing as a married bachelor or a square circle. If you insist on believing that, you have just bought yourself an underwater hairdryer. You have been duped.
And then, you want to use the same tactic as you did with John 17:3, when you gave a different meaning to the word "only". Here, you want to say the "in" is different but you have been blinded. Clearly, you have been blinded. Jesus said, "... just as you are in me and I am in you, may they also be in us". So there, you cannot differentiate the "in" because, by the grace of God, Jesus said it is the same "in". So, whether the "in" is metaphoric or derivative, it applies to both Jesus and the Father, and the believers as well.

If the doctrines are not light but darkness to you, then you need to get saved and get into fellowship with God so He can open up your spiritual eyes and the eyes of your understanding so you can behold wondrous truths. If you lean on your own understanding, the Bible will be a closed book to you.
It is illogical. There is no way around it. What is infinite cannot be finite. What is ALL-knowing cannot be ignorant. One is not equal to three. The logical problem of the Trinity cannot be resolved. Period.
