What is in Mark or any of the Gospels, there are echoes of the words of Jesus. Like for example, when Jesus gave the twin shahadah, it was recorded in John. When Jesus affirms the most important commandment, ie. oneness of God, is it in the Mark. So yes, you can find remnants of the Injeel in the book of Mark or any of the Gospels.

As for the entire book of Mark, that is not the Injeel.
