If Hamas intentionally killed innocent people, they are guilty of murder. But as far as fighting the zionists, they have that right under international law, which allows them to take up arms to drive away the occupiers.

So Hamas have the rights...don Israel have the rights to go on an attack? If the hamas leaders are hiding in a hospital and using it as a military base or post to pass down orders ..don the Zionists have the right to destroy even though there were civilians?
