Was the Infancy gospel of Thomas inspired by God? It portrays Jesus cursing and killing those who have offended him...

If the gospel was indeed inspired by God...then it has to fulfill some criterias like historical reliability , truthfulness, consistent narratives across the gospels..

If you want to question what is written in that Gospel, we can also question many things in the Gospels that made it into the NT.

And that Gospel of Thomas wasn't the only one around. There were like 20 or 30 Gospels written.
