UIn Christian theology, while Adam's sin (often referred to as original sin) has a profound impact on all humanity, it is not accurate to say that we are directly blamed for Adam's sin in the sense of being held morally accountable for his actions. Instead, the concept of original sin suggests that Adam's transgression introduced sin and its consequences (including death) into the world, affecting all of humanity. We are held responsible for our own sins, but also inherit a sinful nature due to Adam's actions
