Ok. Obedience to Jesus is critical to salvation for his followers. That's already a given.

So, when Jesus said you must keep the Law, that means the Law is not optional.

Jesus also said that any who comes after him and makes the Law optional will be in hell. Who did that? I don't need to tell you.

Did the thief on the cross keep to the law? The answer is No!
