Remember the NT, frequently states that belief in Jesus Christ is the path to salvation. Many verses emphasize that those who believe in Jesus will receive eternal life and escape condemnation.
Paul's emphasis on grace doesn't negate the importance of good works, but rather redefines their role as a response to God's love and grace, not a means to earn it.
In fact Muhammad's teachings are in line with that of Paul..a mix of faith and good works ..so if you think we got our religion from Paul, then Muhammad got the core teachings of Islamic faith from Paul too..
So you agree that Jesus said keeping the commandments is a must, but Paul said it is not. That's what I've been saying all along.
