What was meant to be a short trip turned out to be a 8 full days on war against enemy soldiers, especially w/drones, has become so intense that it’s often safer for Ukrainian soldiers to stay holed up rather than rotate out. For protagonists “Illich” & “Jerry”, war has already taken up most of their adult lives. Shared their values, & motivation to continue, these are all things they receive from their own, self-made communities, like  “DIE HARD”, a militant straight edge group, whose members reject all types of narcotics. In this report, you will experience what it is like to be at war in Ukraine for eight straight days. You will also get an intimate look into thoughts of young men life, despite all horrors suffering around them, decided to tackle each day like it’s their first, and last.
