I cannot find anywhere in the 10 commandments where it specifically mention aged parents.

And read again the Quranic verse. It first mentions that we should be kind to our parents and then, it specifically mentions aged parents after that. 

Thy Lord hath decreed that ye worship none but Him, and that ye be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in thy life, say not to them a word of contempt, nor repel them, but address them in terms of honour. Quran 17:23

You cannot find aged parents in Bible cause it teaches to honor parents regardless of aged or not 
Yours is only on aged parents when they cannot depend on themselves
Almost dying then u go and look after them
