Specifically, in Isaiah 52:13 through 53:12, the prophet describes a figure who would suffer terribly and be despised and rejected by people, yet through his suffering, he would bear the sins and iniquities of others.
How come the Israelites at the time of Isaiah didn't know that?
How come the Jews, till today, don't know that and they still reject that notion?
