Agressive promo only big players can do. If they are stopped from doing, give smaller players better chance of entry? 
Think there are many other rules such as cannot monopolies just using co. own payment system/ yr own logistic/ own afflitistea etc. this will give the smaller players a chance to be a payment choice/ logistic/ delivery etc of these big platform who has the giant market share. Don’t u think this will likely benefit B lister who now will have a chance to deliver/ payment for Taobao etc.
