hainan island, sanya . a very big challenge for other tourism destination.  maybe can also be a compliment to bring people from other time zone to this time zone

Don't think it can beat Thailand for its many islands and beaches, and lady boys too.
Sanya will thus predominantly serve the internal huge Chinese market. Already many NE chinese had migrated to this city and the neighbouring Dongfang.

And with the Chinese gov push for Hainan Free Trade Port by 2025, more (talented) Chinese from the mainland will progressively move over and settle down on the island.
The native Hainanese, who are less industrious, will soon become a minority "aborigines".
