Even Brunei with a population one tenth of Singapore has a capital
Even third world undeveloped country like Timor Leste has a capital
Even the smallest country in the world, Liechtenstein, has a capital
Yet for all the boasting, and UESCO awards, and wanting to be world’s financial centre, we can’t have a capital
