Bolehland had refused to sell river sand to Singapore for our land reclamation, and we had to look to Indonesia for this.  They are also reluctant to sell raw river water to us, but a 2061 agreement to sell raw river  water to Singapore at 3 Malaysian sens per meter cube had to be honoured..................................

Knowing their style the word "honoured" hard to trust when it come from their mouth. But they big like Russia, Iraq so we small only can s*ck it up.
