If I make this statement

Singaporeans are struggling with car loans because cars in Singapore are more than 3 times the price in USA

Is the above statement true?

If true why worry about Americans struggling when Singaporeans struggle even harder.

Most probably the statement is not true. In US, a car is almost a necessity (some rare US cities like NYC, one can get by without one, depending on where one lives).

In Singapore, one can get by without a car easily. So most Singaporeans probably don't own a car (like me) and thus will not be struggling with a car loan.
