Why are Singapore retirees not moving out of the world's most expensive place?

Certainly, there are far better life elsewhere.

We can go for vacations in other countries, for a few days or even a month, but it is not as if we want to migrate there, we can get some form of long staying pass hor.

We can go for the MM2H if we love that country so much, but not all Sinkies want to retire there.  Some think that China, Australia or Canada is better.  You tell me, how to get PR or some kind of LTVP there?
