so Malaysia wants Singapore to provide money and employ teachers to teach English in Malaysia ?

why should Singapore spend money to teach English to Malaysians ?

What can happen if he, Anwar also can counter propose and send Bolehland teachers from UN to help to teach Malay not here  but in Hamas school too there!!..Many (people) folks there cannot speak Malay well.
