Russian summer offensive in the Donbas about to begin. Russia’s Ministry of Defense blamed Washington for Ukrainian missile strike on occupied Crimea earlier in day reportedly killed 5-people injured more than 100, calling it a “terror attack.” Kyiv bore “responsibility for a deliberate missile strike on residents,” claiming were US-made ATACMS missiles, armed with cluster warheads, adding “all flight missions for US ATACMS are entered by US specialists based on US satellite reconnaissance data.”
Debris from four intercepted missiles cluster and munitions from a fifth launched by Ukraine rained down on beaches of the Black Sea port of Sevastopol, AFP reported.
Day b4, the Russia had launched air strikes on Ukraine’s 2nd-largest city, Kharkiv, kill two people & injuring 50 others. Also attacked Kyiv with cruise missiles launched from Sea of Azov, injuring 2 & destroying more residences house. Ukrainian Air said it had shot down 2 of the 3 Kalibr missiles bearing down on the capital.
