If it is the best in the world, how come it didn’t know and never take preventative action before 7 Oct attack? How come IDF rescued 3 hostages in South Gaza based on the U.S. intelligence while the rest of the hostages are nowhere to be found?

They know plan attack, just underestimated by leaders. 
Few countries said they already warned. 

Anyway Ir intel said Ukr manpower lost is at least three times more than Rus.
