Still never answer my earlier question if Palestine will have their own army,navy,airforce,police,civil defence,border customs etc. Also that Jerusalem district will be managed by which parties based on the proposed 2 state map?

Not according to Oslo agreement - Palestinian security only has police which is to work with the IDF.

So basically Israel has better bargain in the 1993 deal...So you can imagine how both sides feel.
