Guy did his very best and kudos to his persistence and flexibility to change to a more moderate approach which sort of paid dividends in the form of increased vote count.

Unfortunately time sort of ran out on him and by next GE he would be 68 I believe, possibility of last shot though chances will be slim. He should perhaps focus on finding a suitable successor for SDP, at this rate once he retires the party will completely turn mosquito.

PAP all along is " work smart " in the sense DAILY already getting votes....those from their PA, NTUC, RC as a " Tool also promote their PAP influence .... " Than weekend these PAP MP/Minister go attend these events by PA, RC can liao...
